Hello from the Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship! Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2017 Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS. We are looking forward to a fantastic year at the Caves Valley Golf Club.

Volunteers are the heart and soul of this championship and we could not run this first class event without the support of the community and volunteer force. Volunteer registration will open in fall 2016. Below are a few tips and helpful information for our registration process:

      • Please look through the volunteer website before registering – there is a lot of helpful information regarding volunteer committees and this year’s tournament.
      • If you would like to pay by check, please either request a paper form from the Championship Office or download the form from the volunteer website.
      • The volunteer package includes two (2) logo’d shirt, a visor or hat, and your volunteer badge allowing access to the championship all week and a weekly guest ticket.
      • Volunteer opportunities are available on a first come, first serve basis.
      • If you have any questions in regards to volunteering, please contact Charma Harris, Tournament Services Manager, at (410) 648-4618.

Committees are filled on a first come, first served basis. The coordinator of your committee will contact you regarding shift assignments and to confirm scheduling starting in March of 2017.
